Spring speed and agility classes
Join Tomball Kings baseball players for speed and agility classes on Saturday mornings this spring with Coach George Coleman of Peak Athletic Performance.
This training will help athletes of all ages:
- Run faster.
- Be more agile and explosive.
- Improve flexibility and injury resilience.
Parents and siblings are welcome to participate, along with any current or former member of a Tomball Kings roster or any participant in prior Tomball Kings classes or clinics.

You may attend class on a drop-in basis. Come to as few or as many as you like.
Tuition for each class is $10.00 per student (whether player, parent, or sibling). Students pay Peak Athletic Performance directly at the beginning of each class via cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App.
The purpose of this spring program is to transform the speed and agility of every participant. Coach Coleman will hold class weekly on Saturday mornings from 10:30 AM to noon. The first class will be on Saturday, February 5, 2022.
Please note that preceding the speed and agility class from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, on the same field, we also have a free baseball skills class.
What to wear and bring
Athletes should wear weather-appropriate workout clothes and bring plenty of water. Cleats will work best on the grass training surface.
Training takes place at Spring Creek Park, 15012 Brown Road, Tomball TX 77375 [map]. Class will generally meet adjacent to the disc gold course at the back of the park. Bring the whole family. There are picnic tables, nearby restrooms, and plenty of room to run, play, throw a ball, and enjoy the park. And parents and siblings are welcome to participate in the class.
You must register once, in advance, to participate, using the form below. After that, just drop in whenever you would like to attend.
Please read these agreements prior to submission of your registration. Your registration will not be accepted without your agreement to them.
