Kings alumni and brothers Jack Stockton and Peter Stockton will reunite on the baseball field this spring at John Brown University (“JBU”), where they will join fellow JBU athletes on the university’s newly-formed, club baseball team.

Older brother Jack Stockton, who was a star pitcher for the Kings when the team played as the Tomball Christian Warriors, is one of two student-athletes who led the formation of the JBU Talons Baseball Club.

Younger brother Peter Stockton was also a steady mound presence in high school, in addition to holding down middle-infield duties and serving as lead-off batter on the Kings/Warriors squad that won the Texas Christian Athletic League (“TCAL”) state tournament in 2019.

Their new Talons squad is a member of the National Club Baseball Association, the nation’s fastest-growing, intercollegiate baseball organization. On the Talons schedule this spring are teams from the University of Oklahoma and the University of Arkansas.
